Where to even start. We are new to the state and had to get into an apartment quickly as our stay in an AirBnb was about to expire. We had only 3 days to find a place. We went through an apartment locator to find this apartment complex. I called the complex and sadly didn't get through anyone as it was lunch time so I reached out to the 800 number and they didn't have too much information on the apartments themselves but were able to schedule a viewing same day. I gave it a few minutes and called the complex again in which Emily answered and she was the sweetest thing ever, It was like talking to my sister or friend on the phone. She had knew my name without me saying it and I explained to her our situation and how we needed something ASAP. She told me to get there quickly so we can start the process and view a unit. We viewed the unit and property and fell in love. We were chatting with Emily and honestly it's no surprise that she is a manager. She's got a great personality, she's hilarious and she gets business handled quickly. Within the hour that we were there, we got approved for the unit we wanted and a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. None of this would've been possible without Emily and how quickly she works. We are extremely thankful and are excited for our new home. Thank you Emily for going above and beyond! 10 stars if it was possible on Google!

I moved in November last year 2024 Emily the manager is awesome she really goes over and beyond to help someone she is really amazing I don’t think the apartment community would operate the same without her the 5 star rating is because of Emily she brings life to this apartment community she’s a very honest manager and does everything she can to make sure her tenants are taken care of. So far I haven’t had any major issues and the minor maintenance issues were taken care of as soon as I let Emily know the people in the community that I have met are nice and courteous although I’ve only been here a short time I can honestly say this is one of the best communities I’ve lived in highly recommended if your looking for a true place to call home. Thankyou Emily are family appreciates everything you have done to make are stay here amazing keep up the good work! Jayle is also awesome they are a great team Jayle has also gone out of her way to help are family both of the lady’s deserve a raise the community wouldn’t be the same without them.

April of 2024 I moved into The Madison Apts after having the pleasure of meeting/working with Emily in the front office who walked me through the whole application process, gave me a tour of the unit of which I ended up moving into, and I was able to feel comfortable enough to talk to her about being in recovery from drugs & alcohol without fear of judgement. She was not only professional but GENUINELY friendly to the point where I felt like I'd known her for years. Anytime I've had any issues or questions, Emily and Jaelee who also works in the front office, have been very attentive and communicative and always got it handled. Anyone who deals with the public on a daily basis knows how many miserable people cross your path each day and the toll it takes on your daily interactions, but these 2 women handle the "problem residents" with class and grace. I can honestly say, for the FIRST time in my life I feel at home and these ladies in the office play a role in that feeling.
