I moved in November last year 2024 Emily the manager is awesome she really goes over and beyond to help someone she is really amazing I don’t think the apartment community would operate the same without her the 5 star rating is because of Emily she brings life to this apartment community she’s a very honest manager and does everything she can to make sure her tenants are taken care of. So far I haven’t had any major issues and the minor maintenance issues were taken care of as soon as I let Emily know the people in the community that I have met are nice and courteous although I’ve only been here a short time I can honestly say this is one of the best communities I’ve lived in highly recommended if your looking for a true place to call home. Thankyou Emily are family appreciates everything you have done to make are stay here amazing keep up the good work! Jayle is also awesome they are a great team Jayle has also gone out of her way to help are family both of the lady’s deserve a raise the community wouldn’t be the same without them.

April of 2024 I moved into The Madison Apts after having the pleasure of meeting/working with Emily in the front office who walked me through the whole application process, gave me a tour of the unit of which I ended up moving into, and I was able to feel comfortable enough to talk to her about being in recovery from drugs & alcohol without fear of judgement. She was not only professional but GENUINELY friendly to the point where I felt like I'd known her for years. Anytime I've had any issues or questions, Emily and Jaelee who also works in the front office, have been very attentive and communicative and always got it handled. Anyone who deals with the public on a daily basis knows how many miserable people cross your path each day and the toll it takes on your daily interactions, but these 2 women handle the "problem residents" with class and grace. I can honestly say, for the FIRST time in my life I feel at home and these ladies in the office play a role in that feeling.

The property is always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. The management team is exceptional — they’re friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any requests. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, and I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t resolved right away. The community is welcoming, and I feel safe and at ease here. The location is perfect with convenient access to shopping and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite or pick up anything I need. The apartments are spacious, modern, and designed to make me feel comfortable. Renewing my lease was an easy decision, and I’m looking forward to continuing my stay. From when Tamika was here to Emily and Jayle all of them has shown the best customer service ever. also if anyone is looking to lease from here it is a great complex. its close to schools. I don't live at The Madison but I came there to visit a friend who lives there. My favorite part was the workout facility. I called down and spoke with Ashley as I didn't know if there were any restrictions due to Covid. She was super helpful and scheduled me in for a workout. At first glance the room was super clean. And the workout machine was awesome for an apartment complex. The cardio machines all looked brand new, and handled my weight well, even though I'm north of 300 lbs. The bathroom and lobby were super clean. I worked out in there a few times during my stay and I loved it. My friend seems to love living there as well.

I love my leasing office manager Ashley she goes over and beyond. Every time I need to put in a work order she makes sure right away it’s done and I do not have to wait for days for things to get done. My AC was out and I thought I had to wait the next day because it was so late but no someone was out that night. I appreciate her so much.

The Madison employees make it home! I resently just moved in a couple weeks ago. Ashley in the front office was fast and caring on helping me completing paperwork on time due to short notice. After moving in I had a issue with my dryer not working properly. Ashley was awesome sending her maintenance Felipe fast to fix the issue. He wore a mask to make us feel safe and he cleaned up the mess before he left. They make me feel like this is my forever home and I cant ever see me leaving!

This apartment community is a great place to live, especially for families. The property manager Annette is phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure that my move in was smooth, timely and stress free. She was amazing at getting me through the application process and ensured that my unit was in perfect working order. She kept me informed every step of the way and should be commended by her superiors. If you are looking for a great affordable place to live then you should give Annette a call and she will provide you with the excellent customer experience that you deserve. The complex is friendly, clean and well maintained and any issues are promptly handled by maintenance in a timely manner.

really enjoy calling sonoma heights home since january. management is very thorough and follow through with any issues we might have..maintenance requests get followed up and fixed within 2 days. have had a great experience living here and the landscape is very well kept up at all times..pool is very fun myself and my kids feel very safe living here..i would recommend to anyone.

This place is great these apartments are clean, everything are fix if you had problem the manager handy will make sure they are fix asap with no delay and the rent n deposit was very reasonable thanks handy I love my new apartment oh yeah there is a pool n spaces for parking are great being in Sabina heights was the best decision I made for my family.
